Hour massages allow more of upper and lower body work to be addressed, or some on the front and some on the back. This type of massage will start to release issues of tight muscles with a more full body influence. You can suggest if you want Gua'sha tools or others used during session.  Each session is tailored as requested. I don't feel the need to charge more for certain techniques as they are all effective and important.

1 hour massage

This type of massage most massage and bodyworkers themselves would prefer. It allows enough time to warm up the tissue as well as address problems in multiple areas of the body relating to one another in the pain patterns of the body. 

1.5 hour massage

Want to make problems go away for awhile? Have you been avoiding the pain and tension issues too long? Are you having chronic pain? This may be the best amount of time to address your pain and get some relaxation cranial work and organ work in two hours.

2 hour massage

If you have a demanding repetitive job that leaves you wondering if you are going to move tomorrow morning, consider this amount of time. I can incorporate hot stones, cupping, and stripping with massage tools. This is an integrated service.

2.5 hour massage

This length of massage only allows the therapist time to address the most concerning areas of pain. It can also be for just general sports therapy techniques such as jostling, stretching, and trigger point work around the body.

1/2 hour massage

This is an upgrade to your massage. Hydrotherapy allows the muscles to melt, and the therapist gets to utilize the stones as stripping and movement tools to work on the thicker areas, or places like the hands and feet.

Anatomical analysis allows both the practitioner and the client to become aware of the sources of unbalance through a bio-physic evaluation, including looking at one's structure via standing, sitting, and lying positions and understanding which muscles in turn are overworking or unconditioned based on the structural restraints. Gait analysis is used at times. I will measure for shoe and sit lifts.

Anatomical structural-postual analysis

This type of massage comes with extra pillows to accommodate during pregnancy. Heat on the table is restricted. Pressure points will be avoided unless in end of third trimester and requested to help with labor. This is especially important after birthing. Organ work is extremely important post labor. 

1 hour pre and post natal massage

1.5 hour pre and post natal massage

Especially if you have had a Cesarean surgery, there is alot of scar tissue that can make muscles less reactive, and the organs are constricted.  A two hour window is sensible to condition both the tissues and the nervous system parasympathetic response.

2 hour post natal massage
