Description

Hour massages allow more of upper and lower body work to be addressed, or some on the front and some on the back. This type of massage will start to release issues of tight muscles with a more full body influence. You can suggest if you want Gua'sha tools or others used during session. Each session is tailored as requested. I don't feel the need to charge more for certain techniques as they are all effective and important.
